Triple Eight Motor Yacht
About Triple Eight
Eight guests across four cabins is a comfortable ratio for a 27-metre yacht, and Triple Eight puts the space where it counts: the aft cockpit doubles as a beach club, and the flybridge above carries her main lounging and dining space. Sunseeker built her as a 90 Ocean in 2021, and a crew of four keeps the layout running.
Build and provenance
Sunseeker delivered Triple Eight in 2021 as a 90 Ocean, a 27-metre monohull motor yacht of 120 gross tonnes with a GRP hull and superstructure. Her interior is finished throughout in smoked eucalyptus, giving the saloon and cabins a warm, contemporary character. She is privately owned and has seen light use, and is described as presented in outstanding condition.
Layout and accommodation
Eight guests sleep across four cabins, with four crew aboard to run the yacht end to end. The aft cockpit converts into a beach club, opening the stern to the water, and the flybridge above holds the main lounge and dining space along with room to sunbathe. An X-TEND sunbed system on the aft deck lets that space switch between lounging and entertaining through the day.
Performance and engineering
Two 1,899 hp MAN V12 1900 engines give Triple Eight a 12-knot cruise. Her machinery has been upgraded beyond the original specification, with larger engines and increased generator capacity, which for a buyer means more reserve power and house capacity aboard than she carried when new.
Where she lies and how to see her
Triple Eight lies in Golfe Juan, on the French Riviera. We arrange viewings on board and attend them with you; once an offer is accepted, survey and sea trial follow before handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
