Riva built Chop Chop in 2023 as the 110' Dolcevita, a monohull motor yacht that measures 34 metres, or 110 feet, with a 7.3-metre beam. She is a recent yacht within the Dolcevita range, and her beam gives her the width to carry a sport profile without losing interior space.
Layout and accommodation
Four cabins sleep eight guests aboard Chop Chop, a count that suits a family or a small group of friends rather than a large gathering. On a sport yacht of this size, the cabins are for sleeping and changing, while the deck and cockpit are where the day is actually spent.
Performance and engineering
Two MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines, each producing 2638 horsepower, sit to port and starboard aboard Chop Chop. Matched power on both sides is what lets a sport yacht like her handle predictably at speed, without one side outpacing the other.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
