Build and provenance
Her RINA classification gives a buyer a recognised class society standing behind the build, rather than a private inspection alone. Fulvio De Simoni designed the interior, pairing carbon fibre surfaces with polished metal accents through the cabins and salon. She is described as consistently maintained, with recent technical and cosmetic work completed since delivery.
Layout and accommodation
Eight guests are accommodated in four cabins, with the full-beam owner's suite set on the lower deck and given its own dressing area, a scale of private space set apart from the cabins above. On the main deck, an open-plan salon runs behind panoramic windows, with a wet bar and wine cooler set into the room and a lowering door that drops the salon threshold below deck level to open the interior onto the water. Forward, a U-shaped lounge and sunpad give One Spin 3 a second gathering space outside, and the aft deck carries a built-in grill for dining in the open air.
Performance and engineering
Twin MTU diesel engines give her a 35-knot cruise, a pace that keeps twin gyrostabilisers working to hold her flat both underway and at rest. That combination, speed built into the hull and stabilisation to tame it, is what a buyer is paying for on a 92-foot sport yacht: the ability to cover distance quickly without a rough ride.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
