About Najati
Owning Najati looks less like buying a boat and more like inheriting somebody else's careful specification: a Kohler generator upgraded from 20 kW to 28 kW, a gyro stabiliser, and a second helm station built onto the sundeck, additions to the standard fit rather than options left undone. She was built in 2018, and every upgrade sits on top of a hull meant to run at speed.
Build and provenance
She is a Pershing 9X, built in 2018 with a hull and superstructure in GRP and carbon fibre, and her interior received a dedicated design specification. At 28 metres, or 92 feet, with a beam of 6.2 metres and a draught of 1.7 metres, she sits toward the larger end of Pershing's sports range.
Layout and accommodation
Aboard Najati, four cabins sleep eight guests, and a crew of three run the yacht day to day, a small enough team that living aboard stays close to private rather than staffed like a much larger vessel. The second helm station added on the sundeck lets whoever is driving keep an eye on guests above deck as easily as from the main helm below.
Performance and engineering
Two 2,638 hp MTU 16V M96L engines, from the 2000 series, take her to a 38-knot cruise and 42 knots flat out, with a range of 380 nautical miles: a hull built to plane, not to cross oceans in a single leg. A gyro stabiliser keeps her level under way, a hydraulic stern thruster makes tight berths straightforward, and her generator was specified above standard, at 28 kW rather than the standard 20, so hotel loads at anchor have real headroom.

Najati lies in Italy. Boatcrowd arranges each viewing and is present throughout, and after an offer is accepted the survey and sea trial are scheduled before the sale closes.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
