About Majesty 112 Terrace
Six staterooms and quarters for seven crew put Majesty 112 Terrace among the larger flybridge yachts built for entertaining rather than for long passages. Majesty Yachts delivered her in 2025, at 34 metres and 250 gross tons, a hull built for guests to spread out rather than to cross oceans.
Build and provenance
She is a semi-displacement motor yacht in GRP hull and superstructure, with naval architecture by Gulf Craft and exterior and interior design by Phathom Studio, classed by RINA. That semi-displacement platform is what puts 250 gross tons of volume on a 34-metre length overall.
Layout and accommodation
Twelve guests sleep across six cabins, including a VIP stateroom, and twin guest cabins fitted for optional Pullman berths, useful for families cruising with children. The owner's suite sits forward on the main deck, directly under the bow jacuzzi, with a walk-in closet and its own bathroom; the jacuzzi's base is worked into the ceiling above as a design feature rather than a second pool. A crew of seven runs the boat.
Performance and engineering
Twin MAN V12 engines rated at 1,900 hp apiece power her, with a beam of 7.2 metres and a shallow 1.9-metre draft that keeps many marinas and anchorages within reach.
On deck and at anchor
On deck, fold-down terraces open her sides to the water at anchor, the bow carries the jacuzzi, and a full sundeck adds a further space for guests who want the sun rather than the shade of the main deck below.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
