A yacht drawn by a named design studio carries a pedigree before you ever step aboard, and it shows throughout Lontano. Ferretti completed her in 2016, giving her the production quality and consistency of a yard with a long record, and Zuccon International Project handled both her exterior and interior styling. That pairing, a recognised studio and an established yard, is the kind of provenance a buyer of a yacht at this length is really choosing.
Build and provenance
Ferretti built Lontano as a flybridge motor yacht with a GRP hull and superstructure, and Zuccon International Project designed both her exterior and interior. At 125 gross tonnes on a monohull length of 29 metres, she sits in a bracket where hull material and design credentials matter as much as raw size, and both are established rather than promised. No refit is recorded, so a survey reads her as maintained since 2016 rather than against a rebuild.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests sleep across five cabins, with the owner's suite forward on the main deck for privacy and separation from the guest quarters below, where four further cabins are arranged. A crew of five runs the yacht, and floor-to-ceiling salon windows keep the main deck open and bright for a boat of this length.
Performance and engineering
Twin MTU engines rated at 2,638hp apiece give Lontano a 22-knot cruise and a 28-knot top speed. Stabilisation both underway and at anchor keeps that pace comfortable, and her GRP construction supports efficient planing performance, exactly what the engines are built to deliver.
On deck and at anchor
The flybridge and foredeck seating with its own table give guests two distinct outdoor rooms beyond the main deck, and sunpads extend the space further. A tender garage with a crane keeps watersports gear out of sight until needed, and air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable throughout.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
