Extra Yachts is building her for 2026 delivery on a hull styled around that separation, keeping the fore lounge and wheelhouse free of crew traffic entirely.
Build and provenance
She is a monohull motor yacht in the X90 Fast range, a stock build rather than a one-off commission, due in 2026. At 28 metres length and 7.1 metres beam with a 1.8 metre draught, the hull carries her master cabin amidships, the widest point on board, rather than forward where the beam narrows.
Layout and accommodation
Four double cabins, each with a private bathroom, sleep eight guests below, with the owner's cabin amidships taking advantage of the full beam. A crew of four works from two cabins forward of the engine room, reached through the galley rather than through guest spaces, a separation that keeps service out of sight without keeping it far away. Above, the cockpit runs across three levels: a dining table seating up to ten, a lounge with sunbathing space, and a bathing section at the waterline.
Performance and engineering
Three Volvo Penta IPS 1350 pod drives, 1000 hp each, carry the Extra X90 Fast to a 22-knot cruise and 28 knots flat out, proper sports-yacht pace built for a fast run rather than a leisurely one. Her range extends to 1000 nautical miles, enough to cover real distance between the days spent at anchor that this layout is built around.

- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
