About BGX 73
The owner's suite sits at the centre of the BGX 73, not tucked away below: it opens straight onto the main living area and out towards the beach zone at the stern, so whoever has it never feels separate from the rest of the boat. Bluegame built this layout, delivered in 2023, around that single idea of connection between owner and guests.
Build and provenance
She is built in GRP, hull and superstructure both, drawn by naval architect Louis T. Codega with exterior and interior design from Luca Santella and Zuccon International Project. At 23 metres and 5.6 metres of beam, with a draft of 1.6 metres, she carries a deep-vee hull suited to a range of sea conditions rather than flat water alone. There is no refit on record, so this is her original specification from build.
Layout and accommodation
Three cabins take six guests: the owner's suite at the centre of the boat, and a third cabin with sliding beds that has its own door straight into the owner's cabin, so it can work as extra space for the owner's party or as a separate guest cabin depending on who is aboard. Two crew are carried to run the boat.
Performance and engineering
Twin Volvo Penta pod drives give the BGX 73 a 26-knot cruise and a 30-knot top speed. A Seakeeper 16 gyroscope keeps her steady under way, and three 16-inch Volvo displays at the helm put engine and navigation data in one place.
On deck and at anchor
On deck, the beach club and beach terrace at the stern extend the living space to the waterline, helped by a deck that closes in fully when the weather turns, so the same area works through the year and not just in calm conditions. A starboard pantograph door opens the main deck straight out to the sea when she is anchored.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
