She is a displacement monohull at 480 gross tons, drawn around a Veranda Deck concept the yard developed with RWD, its main-deck open space decorated by Lazzarini Pickering Architects. For a buyer, the roles of both organizations are a record of who shaped the yacht, not just who built her.
Layout and accommodation
Seventeen guests can be aboard, across five cabins, arranged around a main deck built differently from a conventional saloon: an open space with a central pool that opens on three sides, so the lounge and the stern run into one another rather than stopping at a bulkhead. Large rectangular hull windows and round portholes bring outside light into the guest spaces below.
Performance and engineering
At 480 gross tons on a 45-metre hull with a 9.1-metre beam and a 2.5-metre draught, she carries enough underwater volume to hold that cruising speed steady rather than to chase a faster one. The pairing of a wide beam and a shallow draught also opens up anchorages a deeper hull would have to avoid.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
