Benetti built her in 2021 on the B.Now 50 platform, and the arrangement below decks reflects that same thinking: privacy for the owner, easy movement for everyone else.
Build and provenance
Benetti built Iryna II in 2021 as a steel-hulled monohull with an aluminium superstructure, on the B.Now 50 platform. She measures fifty metres, 164 feet, with a beam of 9.2 metres, 30 feet, and a gross tonnage of 499, a combination that gives her the volume the platform is built around rather than length alone.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests are accommodated in five cabins: a full-beam owner's suite with its own lounge and office occupies one level, and two VIP cabins and two twins sit on the lower deck. An elevator connects every guest deck, which matters as much for a formal dinner as for everyday convenience. The main salon and dining area run floor to ceiling in glass, and the upper deck lounge converts for watching a film. Nine crew are quartered separately, with service kept away from guest areas.
Performance and engineering
She cruises at 12.5 knots, a pace consistent with a displacement motor yacht built for comfort over distance rather than outright speed. Zero-speed stabilisers hold her steady at anchor as well as under way, which on a yacht this size is what actually decides how a quiet evening on board feels.
On deck and at anchor
A beach club at sea level gives direct access to the water, and a sauna is fitted for guests who want the wellness side of the boat rather than just the deck spaces. Together they are the parts of Iryna II that get used every day, not just when guests step aboard.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
