About Bamboo
A full-beam owner's stateroom on the main deck is the layout detail that sets Bamboo apart: the whole width of the yacht given to one cabin, with four further cabins arranged for the rest of her ten guests. Benetti built her in 2019 as part of the Fast 125 series, a 38-metre flybridge yacht that pairs open living space with real speed.
Build and provenance
Bamboo carries a carbon fibre superstructure over a fibreglass hull, a combination built to keep weight down without giving up living space. Stefano Righini drew her exterior and Redman Whiteley Dixon designed her interiors, a pairing that gives her a contemporary look inside and out. At 349 gross tons over 38 metres, with an 8.5-metre beam and a 2.1-metre draft, she carries her volume without needing deep water to do it.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests are accommodated across five cabins, including the full-beam owner's suite on the main deck, and a crew of seven runs the yacht around them. A beach club and a dedicated tender garage put the water and the toys within easy reach of the guest cabins.
Performance and engineering
Twin 2,600 hp MTU 12V 2000 M96L engines give Bamboo a 17.5-knot cruise and 24 knots flat out, speeds that put her closer to a sports yacht than a slow-cruising motor yacht her size. That pace suits a buyer who wants to cover ground quickly between anchorages rather than settle in for one long passage.
On deck and at anchor
The beach club opens onto the water, and WiFi keeps her connected while she is out cruising. Between the flybridge and her open decks, Bamboo is built for time spent outside as much as time spent in her cabins.
Where she lies and how to see her
Bamboo lies in Mugla, on Turkey's coast. Boatcrowd arranges viewings there and is present for each one, and once an offer is accepted a survey and sea trial follow ahead of handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
