Jules II Motor Yacht
About Jules II
Provenance for a yacht like this sits in her paperwork as much as her lines: a RINA class, IMO Tier III compliance, and a delivery record naming who drew her and who built her. Benetti delivered Jules II in 2025, part of the B.Yond series, and she reaches the market with that record intact rather than assembled after the fact.
Build and provenance
She is a steel-hulled, aluminium-superstructure build from Benetti's B.Yond range, drawn by PLANA Design's naval architecture and Stefano Righini Design's exterior lines, with the interior worked out in-house at the yard. Her class is RINA, and she meets IMO Tier III emissions rules, the kind of paperwork a long-range owner checks closely. On a 37-metre platform, a 2.5-metre draft gives her access to water that many yachts her size cannot reach.
Layout and accommodation
Twelve guests are accommodated aboard Jules II across six cabins, including a full-beam Owner's suite with its own private aft deck, set apart from the five guest cabins on the decks below. A crew of nine looks after them.
Performance and engineering
Twin 1,400 hp MAN V12 diesel-electric engines carry her to a fourteen-knot top speed and a ten-knot cruise, figures suited to covering distance steadily rather than sprinting between anchorages. Stabilisers work both underway and at rest, holding her steady whether she is making passage or sitting at anchor for the night.
On deck and at anchor
The beach club opens onto a bathing platform at the stern, and a jacuzzi and a separate dip pool sit on the sun deck above, for guests who want the water without leaving the boat. A sauna sits below for afterwards, and the aft deck holds an outdoor shower, sunpads and space for al fresco dining, with a crane on hand for tenders and toys.
Where she lies and how to see her
Jules II lies in Olbia, Italy. We arrange viewings on board and are there for every one, and once an offer is accepted the survey and sea trial follow before the sale completes.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
