La Creme Motor Yacht
About La Creme
A spare cabin tucked into the garage, complete with a bathroom of its own, says something about how La Creme was set up to run: for owners who keep a full crew close rather than simply carry guests. Arcadia delivered her in 2023, semi-custom to her original specification, and she is described as being in excellent condition, with low engine hours, since then.
Build and provenance
Her hull and superstructure are both built in glass reinforced plastic, a monohull running to 25 metres with a 7.18 metre beam and a draft of 1.45 metres. Twin pod drives and electric fin stabilisers, backed by an Interceptor trim system, are how she stays level under way, propulsion built into her from new rather than added to an older hull.
Layout and accommodation
Below deck, four cabins sleep eight guests: a 25 square metre master suite running the full beam, a VIP cabin forward, and two further cabins, each with its own en suite bathroom. Four crew look after the boat, and that spare berth in the garage gives them somewhere to work that never touches the guest layout above. On the aft deck, a lounge that closes in with sliding glass turns the same space into a shaded dining room in high sun or a closed room against the wind, without sending anyone below.
Performance and engineering
She cruises at 18 knots, a pace suited to a full day's passage rather than a short hop between anchorages. Two Kohler generators, rated at 28 kW and 20.5 kW, carry the house load, and solar panels adding around 3 kW take some of that draw off them, a detail that matters to an owner watching fuel burn at anchor as much as under way. Fuel and fresh water tanks provide substantial capacity, enough for a season without constant stops to refill.
Where she lies and how to see her
La Creme lies in Marmaris, Turkey. We arrange a viewing there and stay on hand throughout it, and once an offer is accepted, a survey and sea trial follow before anything is signed off.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
