Ten knots is her cruising speed, fifteen her top speed: modest figures that suit a displacement hull rather than one built to plane. Arcadia delivered Milu' in 2019, and at 26 metres she carries the yard's open, light-filled language rather than a conventional motoryacht's closed hull sides.
Build and provenance
She is an Arcadia 85, a fibreglass-hulled displacement motor yacht with an aluminium deck, drawn in the loft-style layout that is the architect Francesco Guida's signature for the yard: open rooms, large glazing and few walls between indoors and outdoors. She was delivered in 2019, and her engines show 1,515 hours, so she has cruised rather than sat idle.
Layout and accommodation
Four cabins sleep eight guests, with a crew of four in their own quarters to run her. The aft cockpit and lounge areas open the stern into a terrace over the water, with sofas, sun pads and a dining area running straight to the swimming platform, a layout that favours long lunches over formal dining below.
Performance and engineering
Two 730 hp MAN i6-730 engines give Milu' a 10-knot cruise and a 15-knot maximum, with stabilising fins to hold her steady at rest. She carries 6,000 litres of fuel and 1,700 litres of water, tankage built for a week aboard without a stop at the fuel dock, and two 20 kW generators keep the systems running at anchor.
On deck and at anchor
A watermaker backs up the water tank at anchor, adding to her self-sufficiency rather than depending on shore water alone.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
