An outdoor lounge pool and a bar built into the deck plan set the tone before a single cabin is described: this is a yacht designed around time spent outside. Squalo 100 is still under construction, due from Alpha Custom Yachts in Turkey, with delivery set for 2026.
Build and provenance
She is an Alpha Custom Yachts Squalo 100, a displacement motor yacht on a monohull, currently being built in Turkey for delivery in 2026. Roberto Curto's studio drew the exterior and interior, and Massimo Verme worked on the naval architecture and engineering, including a floating floor and floating wall system under the lower and main decks, designed to cut noise and vibration through the hull.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests sleep across five cabins, and a crew of five, in their own two cabins, run the boat. Her gross tonnage is recorded at 203 tons, measured without the enclosure fitted.
Performance and engineering
The standard engines are two MAN V8 units at 1,000 hp each, giving a 13-knot cruise and a 15-knot top speed, with an upgrade to 1,300 hp available for buyers who want more speed. Her range is 1,800 nautical miles at 9 knots, and she carries 3,700 litres of water aboard.
On deck and at anchor
The deck plan includes an outdoor lounge pool and a bar, with a wine cooler also fitted aboard, built for guests who want to spend the day outside rather than move indoors between activities.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
