Build and provenance
Aqua Vista is a Sunseeker 86 Yacht, a monohull motor yacht in flybridge style, built in fibreglass. At 26 metres (86 feet) with a 6.5-metre beam and a 2-metre draft, she carries a genuine flybridge deck rather than a token one, and at 128 gross tons she reads as a boat with real volume for her length.
Layout and accommodation
Four cabins sleep nine guests, with the owner's suite set full-beam amidships and a further stateroom forward; two more cabins to port and starboard convert between twin and double berths. A crew of four berth aft in their own quarters, with a mess and laundry kept apart from the guest decks, the kind of separation that keeps a nine-guest boat feeling private rather than crowded.
Performance and engineering
Twin MTU 12V 2000 M96L engines, rated at 1,950 hp each, give her a 22-knot cruise and a 27-knot top end, enough to close a long weekend's passage quickly or hold a fast line between islands. Hydraulic stabilisers with an at-anchor mode keep her level once the anchor is down, and bow and stern thrusters make close-quarters handling straightforward for an owner running her without a full crew forward.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
