About Macesan
A dedicated staircase down to a cabin with its own lounge and bar: Macesan's owner's suite is built around whoever owns her, not a fixed plan. Sunseeker delivered the Manhattan series in 2023, and that owner-first thinking carries through the rest of the boat, from the crew quarters kept separate at the stern to the equipment fitted for effortless handling.
Build and provenance
She is a Manhattan-series flybridge, Mark 1, motor yacht on a monohull, 21 metres long with a beam of 5.3 metres and a draught of 1.6 metres. No refit is recorded, so what a buyer sees is the specification she left the yard with in 2023.
Layout and accommodation
Four cabins aboard Macesan take eight guests, and two crew are berthed at the stern with their own access, kept apart from the guest accommodation on both sides. The main deck holds the galley, saloon and cockpit for entertaining, and the owner's cabin amidships is reached by its own staircase, with a lounge and bar of its own rather than one shared with the rest of the boat.
Performance and engineering
Twin 1,200 hp MAN V8 engines give her a 26-knot cruise and 32 knots flat out, quick enough for a same-day run across open water rather than an overnight one. Stabilisers hold her level underway, and a joystick with a stern thruster makes close-quarters berthing manageable without a professional at the helm. She carries 4,000 litres of fuel and 900 litres of water, for a range of around 550 nautical miles between refuelling.
On deck and at anchor
The beach club and foredeck seating give two places to be outside, and an electric BBQ station, wine cellar and linked sound system are fitted for entertaining at anchor. Air conditioning, underwater lights, sunpads and stowed water toys round out a boat set up for full days on the water rather than short outings.

Macesan lies in Saint-Tropez, France. Viewings are arranged and attended by us in person, and once an offer is accepted, survey and sea trial are scheduled in that order before the sale completes.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
