Build and provenance
She is a flybridge motor catamaran, built by Sunreef Yachts and delivered in 2022. Her main deck sits semi-open and runs straight into the aft cockpit, keeping the salon and outdoor dining connected as one space rather than two. Her twin hulls also give her a garage, reached directly from the beach club platform at the stern.
Layout and accommodation
Eight guests sleep across the four cabins of the 70 Sunreef Power Next, and the main salon opens straight onto the aft cockpit for dining. A skylounge above the main deck gives a second gathering room, set apart from the cabins below.
Performance and engineering
She cruises at 9.5 knots and reaches 19 knots flat out, speeds suited to steady, comfortable passages between anchorages rather than long fast crossings.
On deck and at anchor
The beach club and garage sit together at the stern, and the fold-down terraces open outward once she is at anchor, widening the living space over the water. A jacuzzi and spa pool are fitted aboard alongside a gym and sauna, and al fresco dining is laid out on deck.

The 70 Sunreef Power Next currently lies in Greek waters. A viewing can be arranged through Boatcrowd, who attend in person, and once a buyer's offer is accepted a survey and sea trial follow before handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
