A power catamaran built for a fast afternoon out rather than a long passage, Sunreef Yachts 40 Sunreef Power Diamond Edition carries just two guests in her one cabin and puts everything else into speed and deck space. Sunreef Yachts finished her in 2018 with two 860 hp Mercury Racing engines, enough to put her firmly in planing-catamaran territory. She began life as a demonstration model before reaching her current specification.

Sunreef Yachts 40 Sunreef Power Diamond Edition is a flybridge power catamaran, built in 2018 by Sunreef Yachts. Originally a demonstration model, she carries a distinctive diamond-finish paint scheme along with two 860 hp Mercury Racing 860 SCI engines. She has since been re-powered.
Layout and accommodation
Two guests sleep in the single cabin, fitted with an ensuite and a kitchenette nearby, and the rest of the boat is built for daytime use. Wide sun pads conceal storage beneath them, and the seating spreads out across the deck rather than being concentrated in one saloon.

Two 860 hp Mercury Racing 860 SCI engines drive her onto the plane, a pairing built for pace rather than long-range cruising, and she carries two 300-gallon fuel tanks to feed them. - Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
