Epoq Motor Yacht
About Epoq
Twelve guests across five cabins is built for entertaining rather than for a couple cruising alone, and a displacement hull built for a 10 knot cruise says this is a yacht for lingering in a bay rather than racing to the next one. SES Yachts is building Epoq for delivery in 2028, a 36 metre motor yacht.
Build and provenance
She is a monohull displacement motor yacht of 36 metres, 118 feet on deck, with a gross tonnage of 340, built by SES Yachts for delivery in 2028. A displacement hull trades outright speed for efficiency and a level ride, the choice a yard makes when the brief is comfort over pace.
Layout and accommodation
Twelve guests sleep across five cabins, a generous ratio on a 36 metre hull that points to a yacht built for house parties and family groups.
Performance and engineering
Two MAN D2868LE428 engines give her a 10 knot cruise and a 13 knot top speed, figures that fit her displacement style rather than a planing hull built for speed runs.
On deck and at anchor
A beach club opens her transom to the water for swimming, and zero speed stabilisers hold her level at anchor, the detail that matters most once twelve guests are settled for the evening.
Where she lies and how to see her
Epoq is being built in Greece, and we can arrange to see her progress at the yard as construction continues. Once an offer on her build slot is accepted, survey and sea trial follow once she is afloat, and Boatcrowd carries the sale through to handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
