Fourteen guests across six cabins is built for a group holiday that outgrows most yachts her length, and Masha's steel hull points at a lifestyle of longer legs between stops rather than day trips. Numarine built her in 2021 as part of the 32XP series, built for that kind of cruising.
Build and provenance
She has a steel hull with a GRP superstructure. At 32 metres and 299 gross tonnage, she carries more interior volume than her length alone would suggest, space a buyer feels most across her six cabins and the decks around them.
Layout and accommodation
A full-beam owner's cabin sits on the main deck, and six cabins in total sleep up to 14 guests. A crew of 6 runs the boat, a ratio that suits a full owner's party more than a couple travelling light.
Performance and engineering
Twin MAN diesel engines give her a 12-knot pace, whether cruising or pushed, in keeping with a full-displacement hull built for range rather than speed. An active stabilisation system works both under way and at anchor, the kind of setup that matters more on long passages than short hops.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
