About RR
Twelve guests across five cabins define RR's brief, and Overmarine built her, under the Mangusta name, to carry that brief without losing performance. She dates from 2021, at 440 gross tons, with a layout that puts as much of the yacht outdoors as it does below.
Build and provenance
Overmarine built RR as a Mangusta GranSport, with styling by Alberto Mancini and naval architecture by Pierluigi Ausonio. Her hull and superstructure are both aluminium, a lighter build than steel that suits a yacht built for speed. She measures forty-five metres, 149 feet, with a beam of 8.6 metres, 28 feet, and a gross tonnage of 440.
Layout and accommodation
Five cabins sleep twelve guests, with a full-beam owner's suite arranged for privacy apart from the guest cabins, and a crew of eight to run the boat around them, roughly two crew for every three guests. Large windows bring light into the main salon, and each cabin is ensuite.
Performance and engineering
RR cruises at 20 knots, a pace her aluminium construction and hull shape are built to sustain rather than treat as a ceiling. Stabilisers, at anchor and under way, take the roll out of a hull built primarily for speed, keeping her comfortable at rest as well as on passage.
Where she lies and how to see her
RR lies in Viareggio, in Italy. A visit to see her in person is arranged through Boatcrowd, who also attend it, and once an offer is accepted, the next steps are a survey and a sea trial ahead of handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
