Johnson 92 Flybridge Motor Yacht
About Johnson 92 Flybridge
An owner's suite on the main deck, not tucked below with the guest cabins, is the design decision that shapes the Johnson 92 Flybridge. At 28 metres she carries five cabins for ten guests. Johnson Yachts is building her now, for delivery in 2026, at the yard in Kaohsiung.
Build and provenance
She is a fibreglass monohull, a flybridge motor yacht built to the RPH configuration with the on-deck master included in her design brief. Her beam is 7.3 metres and her gross tonnage is 208. As an in-build yacht, she comes to a buyer without a history of previous owners or refits: just the specification she is being built to.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests across five cabins is the layout Johnson Yachts has drawn for her, and locating the owner's cabin on the main deck leaves the remaining four cabins arranged below for guests. The flybridge design adds a further open level above the saloon.
Performance and engineering
She is rated to 22 knots flat out, a flybridge yacht built for coastal and inshore running rather than long open-water passages. The fibreglass hull and monohull form are built for stability at anchor and predictable handling under way, matched to a design that spends most of its time close to shore.
Where she lies and how to see her
The Johnson 92 Flybridge is under construction at the builder's yard in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Boatcrowd arranges viewings there and attends them in person, and once a buyer's offer is accepted, survey and sea trial follow before handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
