About Martita
Fourteen knots at a cruise and twenty-one flat out are only half the engineering story: Martita's twin Volvo Penta IPS 1350 drives sit in a semi-displacement hull built for range as much as speed, giving her 1,100 nautical miles at an economical eleven-knot cruise. Extra Yachts delivered her in 2022.
Build and provenance
She is a monohull motor yacht from Extra Yachts' Loft line, finished in grey, hull and superstructure alike. At 81 gross tonnes on a 23-metre length, she carries a full-beam layout across a 6.85-metre beam and a shallow 1.45-metre draught, figures that matter for a yacht that spends as much time in skinny anchorages as at a quay.
Layout and accommodation
Martita sleeps eight guests across four cabins, a full-beam master, a VIP cabin and two twins, each with its own ensuite, cared for by a crew of three. The full-beam layout puts the cockpit and aft deck at the same width as the interior, so the beach-club feel carries from the salon straight out to the water.

A gyro stabiliser keeps her steady at anchor and under way.
On deck and at anchor
The beach club aft opens straight onto the water, and the sundeck above carries sunpads and open-air seating for the afternoon light: a layout built around time at anchor as much as time under way.
Where she lies and how to see her
Martita lies in Monaco. We set up viewings there and come along to each one, and once an offer is accepted, survey and sea trial follow before handover. She also charters through Boatcrowd from her base in St Tropez, so a buyer who wants a week aboard first can have one before deciding.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
