Five cabins for ten guests on a 27-metre hull is a layout built for space, not just headcount: Zalanka's owner's suite sits on the main deck with its own access onto the foredeck terrace, rather than being tucked below with the guest cabins. Dominator built her in 2018 to the Ilumen line, and she is offered for sale from Ventimiglia, Italy.
Build and provenance
She has a GRP hull in a semi-displacement configuration, built by Dominator with exterior lines by Alberto Mancini and an interior by Luca Catino. At 91 gross tonnes across a 27-metre length and a 6.6-metre beam, Zalanka is built to hold volume rather than chase outright speed.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests sleep across five cabins, with four crew berthed separately to keep service running without crossing into guest space. The main-deck owner's suite runs full beam, with direct access to the foredeck terrace, while the main salon mixes formal and informal seating linked straight through to the exterior decks. The main-deck galley sits between the salon, aft deck and flybridge, positioned to serve all three without doubling back through the yacht.
Performance and engineering
Two 1,182 hp MTU MAN engines give Zalanka a 13-knot cruise and a 15-knot top speed, enough for steady coastal passages rather than long open-water crossings. Stabilisers work underway, holding the ride level at cruising speed. She carries 11,400 litres of fuel and 2,400 litres of fresh water, tankage built for extended time aboard rather than day trips alone.
On deck and at anchor
At the stern, a beach club sits beside a jacuzzi and a dedicated swimming platform, with a tender garage below holding her tender and two Seabobs for the water. A bathing platform and a stock of water toys round out spaces built for days spent at anchor rather than under way.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
