Happy 2 Motor Yacht
About Happy 2
26 knots at the top and 23 at a cruise are the numbers that define Happy 2's engineering. Custom Line built her in 2016, and that speed comes without giving up a ten-guest, five-cabin layout built for a family to live aboard rather than just day-trip.
Build and provenance
Custom Line built Happy 2 to its 108 model in 2016, a monohull finished in fibreglass, 33 metres long with a beam of 7.3 metres. No refit is recorded, so ten years on she comes to a buyer close to her original specification, the version the yard delivered rather than one reworked since.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests sleep across five cabins, a count that gives most of the party a cabin of their own rather than sharing. The flybridge deck adds a second, open-air level above the enclosed saloon and cabins, so the boat offers an outdoor helm and lounging space as well as the interior below.
Performance and engineering
A cruising speed of 23 knots and a top speed of 26 knots put real way behind the flybridge styling, a yacht that gets somewhere quickly rather than one built purely to sit at anchor. The fibreglass monohull is built for stability and steady performance, which matters as much at speed as it does at rest.
Where she lies and how to see her
Happy 2 lies in Istanbul, Turkey. Boatcrowd arranges each viewing and is there for it; when an offer is accepted, a survey and sea trial come next, ahead of handover, with Boatcrowd managing the steps in between.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
