Century Motor Yacht
About Century
Ten guests share five cabins aboard Century, a 31-metre flybridge yacht that Astondoa built in 2017, and the owner's suite sits forward on the main deck. A crew of three runs the boat, helped by a third helm station built in for closer manoeuvring.
Build and provenance
Astondoa built Century in 2017 to her 100 Century design, a 31-metre monohull with a beam of 6.6 metres and a draught of 2.3 metres. Her most recent survey described her condition using the internationally recognised Bristol classification, the top rating on that scale.
Layout and accommodation
Five cabins take her ten guests, including an owner's suite set forward on the main deck. A crew of three run the yacht.
Performance and engineering
Twin MTU 16V 2000 M86 engines, each rated at 2,186 hp, give Century a cruising speed of 22 knots and a top speed of 24: enough for a fast passage between ports rather than a slow coastal drift. Twin Kohler generators cover hotel loads at anchor.
On deck and at anchor
A flybridge tops the boat, fitted with its own full galley for entertaining above the main decks, and stabilisers hold her steady once she is anchored for the night. A garage stows a tender and a jet ski, ready for guests without cluttering the aft deck.
Where she lies and how to see her
Century lies in Antibes, France. Boatcrowd can arrange a private viewing on request, and once an offer is accepted we bring in a surveyor and organise the sea trial before handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
