About Relentless II
A cruising speed under ten knots under engine tells you where Relentless II keeps her performance: in her sails, not her motors. The Sunreef 80 is a sailing catamaran, and Sunreef Yachts built this one in 2022 for owners who want space and stability more than diesel horsepower.
Build and provenance
Twin hulls and a beam of 11.9 metres on a 24-metre yacht (78 feet) give Relentless II a footprint a monohull of the same length could not carry.
Layout and accommodation
Four cabins sleep eight guests, each with its own ensuite bathroom, and the interior brings a large dining table and several lounges into the width the twin hulls make possible. Walkaround beds and floor-to-ceiling mirrors in the cabins are a detail the width of the hull makes possible.
Performance and engineering
Twin Volvo Penta engines handle docking and the windless hours; a top speed of nine knots under power confirms the sails do the work once she is under way.
On deck and at anchor
The flybridge carries a lounge and a jacuzzi set toward the stern, the aft deck holds an alfresco dining table, and the foredeck sun beds face forward. Underwater lights extend the evening once the sun is down, and the tender and water toys are carried aboard for the days at anchor.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
