Build and provenance
Sanlorenzo built her as a 62Steel at 62 metres, with an interior by Francesco Paszkowski set against a calming palette, and exterior lines shaped in-house by the yard's own design team.
Layout and accommodation
Fourteen guests sleep across seven cabins, and a crew of 16 look after them, a ratio that keeps a full house of guests attended without crowding the day.
Performance and engineering
Two 1,875 hp MTU 12V 4000 M64 engines give her a 14-knot cruise and 16.5 knots at full throttle, speeds that suit a yacht built for time at anchor rather than fast passages. A 3.2-metre draft keeps her out of the shallowest anchorages but open to most others.
On deck and at anchor
A beach club opens off the stern, and an on-deck jacuzzi gives Lemon Tree a second place to be beyond the guest decks.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
