About Knead It
A yacht that can be chartered before she is bought is a rare position for a buyer to be in. Pearl delivered Knead It in 2024 as a flybridge motor yacht, and she comes to market already earning her keep in our charter fleet from Mallorca. Ten guests and five cabins put her among the larger flybridge yachts of her size, built for entertaining rather than for covering distance.
Build and provenance
Knead It is a monohull flybridge motor yacht, built by Pearl in 2024. She measures 25 metres, with a 6.3-metre beam and a 1.9-metre draught, and at 106 gross tonnes she carries real volume for her length. Her interior was designed by Kelly Hoppen in the yard's signature interior scheme, built around a full-beam owner's suite on the main deck.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests sleep across five cabins, the full-beam owner's suite on the main deck and four further cabins below for guests. A crew of three lives aboard full time, enough to keep a yacht of this size running to a professional standard without feeling over-crewed for the numbers on board.
Performance and engineering
Twin MAN engines give her a 22-knot cruise and a 33-knot top end, enough pace to turn an afternoon passage into a short one. On a 25-metre hull, that speed points to a flybridge cruiser built for quick hops along the Spanish coast rather than a slow-displacement yacht built for long ocean legs.
Recent works
She has had a full yard period: fresh antifouling, new anodes, platform servicing, and engine and generator services, with paint protection film applied to the interior surfaces and a ceramic coating on the exterior. That upkeep is done, not left for a buyer to arrange.
On deck and at anchor
On deck, Starlink and air conditioning keep her comfortable and connected at anchor, and bow and stern thrusters make her easy to handle in a marina berth. A passerelle eases boarding from astern, and an aft flybridge sunpad gives guests somewhere to spend the afternoon.
Where she lies and how to see her
Knead It lies in Puerto Portals, on Spain's Mallorca coast. Boatcrowd sets up viewings and is on hand for each one, and once an offer is accepted, survey and sea trial follow before she changes hands. She also sails in our charter fleet based in Mallorca, so a buyer who wants a week aboard before deciding can have one.

She is in our charter fleet as well as on the market, so a season can be run against her costs while she is for sale.
Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
