About Midnight Saga
Full-height windows and a full-beam layout give Midnight Saga proportions that read larger than her thirty-four metres suggest. Moonen delivered her in 2023, with naval architecture by Diana Yacht Design, exterior styling by René van der Velden and interiors by Studio Indigo. The result is a Moonen 110 Mustique built around volume and light rather than length alone.
Build and provenance
She is a steel-hulled motor yacht with an aluminium superstructure from the Dutch yard, built to Bureau Veritas and MCA class standards. That combination gives a buyer a hull built to survey-friendly rules and a lighter superstructure than an all-steel build would carry. The yard also backs her with a two-year shipyard warranty from delivery, cover that runs through her early seasons under a new owner.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests sleep across five cabins, with the master suite set forward on the main deck rather than tucked below, giving it uninterrupted headroom. A crew of five look after the yacht from their own quarters, a ratio that keeps a table for ten guests properly staffed without crowding the guest decks.
Performance and engineering
Two 725 hp Caterpillar C18 engines give her a 12-knot cruise and a 13.4-knot top speed, figures suited to a long-range displacement hull rather than a planing one: a yacht built to cover distance steadily rather than sprint. Her range extends to 3,500 nautical miles, enough to cross an ocean without a fuel stop, and built-in sound and vibration reduction keeps the engine room's presence out of the guest areas. She also carries a tender crane on deck.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
