About Mazu 132 Composite

Twenty guests across ten cabins sets Mazu 132 Composite up for entertaining rather than quiet family cruising, with a flybridge the yard says is larger than other yachts in her size class and an owner's terrace of her own. She is building in Turkey at forty metres, with delivery due in 2027.

Build and provenance

She is a fibreglass, composite-built motor yacht from Mazu, the newest addition to the builder's Displacement Series alongside two earlier models. Her propulsion is Volvo Penta's IPS 40 pod-drive system, continuing the partnership that has run through the line.

Layout and accommodation

Ten cabins sleep twenty guests aboard Mazu 132 Composite, and the owner has a private terrace set apart from the guest quarters. Across her four decks, the sun deck carries a dip pool, an L-shaped sofa, a bar and a ten-person alfresco dining table, while a beach club with lateral-opening wings sits below, closed off from the main saloon by semi-opaque glass rather than a solid wall.

Performance and engineering

Two Volvo Penta IPS pod-drive engines give her a twelve-knot cruise and a sixteen-knot top speed, the IPS 40 system trading a shaft-driven engine room for the manoeuvrability and fuel efficiency pod drives are built to deliver. She carries 7,925 gallons of fuel and 1,981 gallons of fresh water, tankage sized for real time spent at anchor rather than short day trips.

Where she lies and how to see her

Mazu 132 Composite is building in Turkey, and once she is complete we will arrange a viewing there and bring you aboard in person. Any accepted offer is followed by a survey and sea trial, the steps a new-build purchase goes through before it changes hands.
