Inace Yachts is building the ISY 88 Explora with a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure, the pairing many explorer yachts use to keep weight low while the hull stays strong for open water. She is not yet delivered: her build year is 2027, so a buyer is acquiring a yacht still under construction rather than a used one.
Layout and accommodation
Eight guests are accommodated in four cabins: a full-beam master on the lower deck, a VIP cabin, and two further guest cabins. A crew of two runs her, a compact complement that keeps day-to-day operation straightforward. The flybridge carries a jacuzzi and al fresco dining, spread across three decks of outdoor space.
Performance and engineering
She is set to cruise at 8 knots, a displacement speed suited to distance rather than a quick coastal hop, and consistent with the fin stabilisation and steel construction built into her from the outset. That pace, paired with her hull material, points to a yacht meant for genuine passages.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
