About Alegria II
A full-beam suite on the main deck sits at the heart of Alegria II's Ferretti 920 layout, built into a footprint of twenty-eight metres. Ferretti delivered her in 2020, and Zuccon International Project drew her sleek, low exterior lines. The result is a genuinely spacious owner's cabin, not a cut-down version of one.
Build and provenance
She is built on a composite hull and superstructure, with naval architecture credited to the yard and exterior design by Zuccon International Project. Interiors come from the yard working with Paola Lenti, a fresh, pale palette in place of a traditional yacht saloon. A 2026 programme of winter maintenance and her five-year class survey mean the mechanical side of the boat is freshly checked rather than overdue for it.
Layout and accommodation
Eight guests are accommodated across four ensuite cabins: the full-beam Owner's suite on the main deck, and a VIP cabin plus two further cabins below. A crew of five run the boat, enough to keep service attentive without the cabin count of a much larger yacht. The main-deck arrangement leaves room for a light-filled salon rather than a second row of cabins.
Performance and engineering
Twin 1,948 hp MTU 12V 2000 M96L engines give Alegria II a 24-knot top speed and a 16-knot cruise, planing figures suited to a fast day along the coast rather than an ocean crossing. Stabilisers work both at anchor and underway, and a three-year extended warranty on the engines, renewed recently, covers the part of the boat most expensive to repair.
On deck and at anchor
On deck, a sun deck holds the sunpads and a hydraulic swim platform lowers guests straight into the water, while an al fresco dining area seats the table outside for most meals. A gym on board means a workout does not have to wait until she is back at the dock.
Where she lies and how to see her
Alegria II lies in Positano. Boatcrowd is the point of contact for anyone who wants to view her, arranging the visit and attending it in person, and once an offer is accepted, we bring in the surveyor and set the sea trial ahead of handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
