About Bering B88
A wide beam carries through the Bering B88's design as usable space rather than wasted volume: at 8.1 metres across a 26-metre, 86-foot hull, she reads as an explorer built for range rather than marina afternoons. Bering plans to deliver her from Turkey in 2028, at 240 gross tons, with a layout the yard will still shape to the eventual owner's plan.

She is a monohull Her interior arrangement is not yet fixed: several configurations are on offer, so a buyer who commits now still has a say in how the space below decks is divided.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests are the design capacity, housed across up to four staterooms depending on the layout chosen, with the master suite kept to a single deck for the owner's convenience. The crew have a mess of their own, separate from the guest areas.
Performance and engineering
Two Cummins QSM11 engines rated at 450 hp apiece give the Bering B88 an 8.5-knot cruise and a 10.5-knot top speed A draft of 2.4 metres keeps her out of the shallowest anchorages but manageable along most coasts.
On deck and at anchor
A beach club and a flybridge are the two outside spaces confirmed for her, giving guests a water-level platform and an upper deck away from the activity below.
Where she lies and how to see her
The Bering B88 is being built in Turkey, with delivery due in 2028. Boatcrowd will arrange a viewing once she is far enough along to walk through, and attend it with you. An accepted offer is followed by a survey and sea trial before handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
