About Moca
Two children's staterooms and a playroom put family life at the centre of how Moca is used, a layout choice that shapes the rest of the yacht around it. Build and provenance
Benetti delivered Moca in 2016 as a custom 64-metre motor yacht, and refit works were completed on her in 2024. She is currently completing her ten-year survey in dry dock, which the source describes as offering buyers maximum transparency, since whatever the survey finds is visible before a sale closes rather than surfacing afterwards.
Layout and accommodation
The bridge deck carries a full-beam master suite, giving the owner a floor entirely their own above the guest decks. Two children's staterooms and a playroom sit apart from the adult cabins, and an elevator serves every deck, useful for families moving young children and gear between levels rather than climbing stairs each time. Bright, contemporary interiors with expansive windows keep the lower decks from feeling enclosed.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
