About Celebrate Life
A flybridge built for entertaining sets the tone aboard Celebrate Life. Azimut delivered the Fly 72 in 2022, and at 23 metres she carries a four-cabin layout for eight guests without crowding the outdoor spaces. The hard top, electric awning and teak steps on the flybridge point to a yacht designed to be lived on above decks as much as below.
Build and provenance
Azimut built her as the Fly 72, a monohull flybridge motor yacht, and delivered her in 2022. No refit or later works appear on her specification sheet, so the equipment fitted at build, from the Seakeeper to the Raymarine electronics, is what a buyer inspects today.
Layout and accommodation
Four cabins sleep eight guests, and the crew have their own cabin, fitted with a washer-dryer, keeping guest quarters and crew life separate. The flybridge doubles as a second living room, equipped with the Raymarine Gold Package, a dishwasher and an ice maker, so hosting can move from the aft cockpit up top without a plate leaving anyone's hand.
Performance and engineering
Two 1,400 mhp MAN CR V12 engines give Celebrate Life a 26-knot cruise and a 32-knot top speed, pace that turns a cross-bay run into a lunch reservation rather than a day out. A Seakeeper 16 gyro stabiliser works at anchor alongside separate stabilisers under way, so the ride stays flat whether she is moving or moored. Her tanks hold 5,200 litres of fuel and 1,100 litres of water, enough capacity that a cruise does not need to be planned around a fuel dock.
On deck and at anchor
On deck and at anchor, the flybridge does the heavy lifting: a hard top with an electric awning, teak decking and stern steps, and a BBQ station give her an outdoor kitchen and a shaded lounge in one space. A sun shade sail on carbon poles shades the bow, underwater lights extend the evening at anchor, and a passerelle makes stepping ashore straightforward wherever she berths.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
