About Seaduction
Eight guests across four cabins, with three crew aboard to run the boat, is the shape of a yacht meant to be lived on rather than cruised for just an afternoon. Astondoa built the GLX with that layout in mind, and Seaduction, delivered in 2016, carries it today from Miami Beach.
Build and provenance
Astondoa built Seaduction as a GLX in 2016, a monohull motor yacht finished in fibreglass, 25 metres long with a beam of six metres. No refit is recorded, so ten years from delivery a buyer is looking at the boat close to how the yard built her.
Layout and accommodation
Four cabins sleep eight guests, and three crew live and work apart from the guest accommodation, an arrangement that lets a family use the boat without running it themselves. The flybridge deck adds a second, open-air level above the enclosed saloon and cabins, so guests have a choice of an indoor or an outdoor gathering space through the day.
Performance and engineering
Specific engine and speed figures are not published for Seaduction. She is a fibreglass monohull built for stability and steady performance rather than outright pace, a combination suited to coastal running with a family or guests aboard.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
