Falcon Eye Motor Yacht
About Falcon Eye
A converted cabin says as much about a layout as an occupied one. On Falcon Eye, one of the four cabins has become a massage room with its own sauna, in place of a fourth guest berth. Tecnomar built her in 2022 as the fourth hull in the EVO 120 series, at 37 metres, 120 feet in length.
Build and provenance
Falcon Eye is a Tecnomar EVO 120, the fourth hull built in that series, delivered in 2022 and certified to RINA classification. The exterior takes its lines from automotive design, a detail carried through into the interior as well.
Layout and accommodation
Eight guests are accommodated in four cabins, with the owner's cabin midships and full beam, its own lounge to starboard and a bathroom with double sinks and a rain shower. A VIP cabin forward to port has an en-suite bathroom; a second cabin lies aft of it with two single berths; and a third cabin to port has been converted into a massage room with a sauna, a wellness space in place of a sleeping cabin. Crew are quartered forward in the bow, separate from the guest cabins, with the galley the single route between them.
Performance and engineering
Stabilisers and a tender crane are built into Falcon Eye as standard equipment rather than an afterthought. A classed hull means a survey has a recognised standard to measure her against, not just an inspector's opinion.
Where she lies and how to see her
Falcon Eye is lying in Marina di Carrara, Italy, where Boatcrowd can bring a buyer aboard for a look, staying with them throughout. A survey and a sea trial follow once an offer is accepted, the standard route to handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
