About Sallyna
Open-air living is the idea behind Sallyna's exterior, from a shaded aft cockpit to broad teak walkways connecting every deck. Su Marine built the 48-metre sailing yacht in 2023, with Taka Yacht Design and Stephen Huish shaping her styling and engineering. She is offered for sale through Boatcrowd from her berth in Bodrum.
Build and provenance
Su Marine built her with a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure, a combination chosen for strength without excess weight aloft. Stephen Huish Design shaped the interior styling, working with natural materials, modern lighting and generous proportions through the accommodation. At 220 gross tonnes on a 48-metre, 157-foot platform, with a beam of 8.2 metres, she carries genuine volume for her accommodation below.
Layout and accommodation
Five cabins hold twelve guests: a full-beam suite for the owner, two further VIP cabins and two twin cabins make up the rest, and a crew of eight looks after everyone. Every cabin has its own ensuite bathroom and built-in smart-control systems, and large windows bring extra light into the accommodation. The foredeck adds twin sun-pad zones for relaxing in the open air.
Performance and engineering
Twin MAN engines give her a 10-knot cruise, matching her top speed, so she keeps a steady pace under power rather than chasing outright speed. It is a straightforward setup built for reliable, extended cruising rather than short sprints.
Where she lies and how to see her
Sallyna lies in Bodrum. A viewing there is arranged by Boatcrowd, who attend it alongside you. Once an offer is accepted, a survey is carried out, then a sea trial, ahead of completion.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
