Build and provenance
Sirena Yachts builds the Sirena 118 in GRP, a monohull motor yacht in the flybridge style, with Germán Frers responsible for the naval architecture, Cor D. Rover for the interior, and Sirena's own team handling the exterior lines. She is in build, due in 2029, which gives a buyer who commits early a say in her fit-out ahead of a finished inspection.
Layout and accommodation
Twelve guests sleep across six cabins, including an owner's suite that runs the full beam with panoramic sea views. The interior can still be customised to a buyer's brief ahead of delivery.
Performance and engineering
Two MAN V12 engines, specified at 1550 HP or 1900 HP depending on the build chosen, give a 15-knot cruise and 18 knots flat out. Zero speed stabilisers hold her still at anchor, so evenings on the hook stay level rather than just the passages.
On deck and at anchor
A beach club opens at the stern and a deck jacuzzi doubles as a plunge pool, with a jet ski carried aboard for guests who want to leave the swim platform behind.

On delivery, the Sirena 118 will lie in Greece. Boatcrowd will arrange a viewing when she is ready and stand with you through it. Once an offer is accepted, survey and sea trial follow before handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
