Seven Sins Superyacht
About Seven Sins
Chartering before buying is possible with Seven Sins: she already sails as part of Boatcrowd's charter fleet, so a trial week aboard can come before any offer goes in. Sanlorenzo built her as a 52Steel in 2017, and she had a refit in 2025. At 499 gross tonnes over 52 metres, she is a compact, full-displacement design rather than a beamy one.
Build and provenance
She is the 52Steel model, a steel hull under an aluminium superstructure, with her five decks laid out by Officina Italiana Design. The refit in 2025 followed eight years after Sanlorenzo delivered her in 2017, though what work it covered is not stated here.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests sleep across five cabins, with a crew of nine keeping the yacht running, generous cover for a boat this size. The main-deck owner's suite runs full beam and has its own office, and the main salon splits into separate lounge areas with a retractable cinema screen rather than one open room. Lower down, the beach club doubles as a tender garage, and the pool above it has a glass bottom that lights the gym and lounge below; a hammam, steam room and sauna, plus a jacuzzi and alfresco dining on the sun deck, fill out the spaces where the day happens.
Performance and engineering
Two Caterpillar 3512C engines, rated at 4,079 hp apiece, give her a cruising speed of 15 knots and a top speed of 25 knots, quick enough to close a passage without losing the afternoon. At a beam of 9.35 metres and a draft of 2.65 metres, she carries a fairly slim, efficient profile through the water, and zero-speed stabilisers hold her steady once she stops.
Where she lies and how to see her
Seven Sins lies in the South of France, and viewings run through Boatcrowd, who come to each one with you. Once an offer is accepted, we bring in the surveyor and arrange the sea trial before anything is final. She stays available to charter first, through Boatcrowd's own fleet, if a trip aboard makes the decision easier than paperwork alone.

Also Available to Charter
She is in our charter fleet as well as on the market, so a season can be run against her costs while she is for sale.
Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
