Building on that brief, the 22XP is a monohull explorer at 23 metres, or 74 feet, with a 6-metre beam and a 1.8-metre draft. She is currently in build in Turkey for a 2026 delivery. Buying at this stage means an owner can still shape her layout, materials and finishes before she is handed over.
Layout and accommodation
Eight guests sleep across four cabins, a count suited to a couple travelling with family or close friends rather than a full charter party. A flybridge, an aft cockpit and a bow lounge give her three distinct outdoor spaces, so a quiet corner and a livelier deck can both exist on the same yacht.
Performance and engineering
Her hull and profile are built for extended passages rather than short hops along the coast, holding a steady line at sea rather than trading range for a burst of speed. That is the engineering logic behind an explorer this size: distance and stability are the design priority, not top-end pace.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
