Six guests across three cabins is straightforward arithmetic: two people to a cabin, with room to spare rather than a boat packed to capacity. Mulder built Apertura in 2020, a 23-metre motor yacht with a flybridge deck stacked above the saloon for a second open-air living space.
Build and provenance
Apertura is a monohull motor yacht from the Mulder yard, delivered in 2020 at 23 metres, or 74 feet, with a beam of 6.2 metres and a draught of 1.6 metres. She is built to CE-A ocean-going certification, a class for open-water passages rather than sheltered-water use. No refit is recorded since delivery.
Layout and accommodation
Six guests sleep across three cabins aboard Apertura, split two to a cabin rather than a boat stretched to capacity. Floor heating is fitted below, keeping the cabins comfortable outside the warmest months, and the flybridge above the saloon adds a second, open-air deck to the layout, away from the cabins and the saloon.
Performance and engineering
Two Volvo Penta engines, each rated at 1,000 hp, give Apertura a 22-knot top speed and a 17-knot cruise, pace enough to cover distance quickly rather than settle for a slow displacement speed. Stabilisers keep her level at anchor and under way, and a watermaker aboard means fresh water does not depend on a marina tap, useful for longer stretches away from a berth.
On deck and at anchor
On the flybridge, a bimini gives shade over the upper helm and seating, extending how long guests can comfortably spend time up there through the middle of the day.
Where she lies and how to see her
Apertura lies in the Netherlands. Boatcrowd arranges viewings there and attends each one, and once an offer on her is accepted, the survey and sea trial follow before the sale completes.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
