A yacht already earning her keep in charter is a known quantity long before a survey ever happens, and Panta Rei is exactly that. She runs in Boatcrowd's own charter programme out of Dubrovnik, so a buyer can spend a week aboard before deciding to buy. Monachus built her in 2022 as a 70 Fly, a flybridge motor yacht twenty-one metres in length.
Build and provenance
Panta Rei is a Monachus 70 Fly, delivered in 2022 with a beam of 5.8 metres. She is a monohull with a flybridge layout, the design that puts a second helm and lounge above the main deck rather than folding everything into one level.
Layout and accommodation
Eight guests sleep across four cabins, and a crew of two keep the yacht running for them. A flybridge arrangement like hers adds lounging and dining space above the main deck, alongside the cabins and saloon below.
Performance and engineering
A 24-knot cruise and a 34-knot top speed make her a yacht for a quick, direct passage rather than a slow coastal amble.
On deck and at anchor
On deck, a spa pool and a beach club sit aft, with a swim platform stepping down to the water and a bimini for shade over the flybridge.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
