Build and provenance
Forever is a one-off custom build, delivered by Logica in 2015 as the Logica 147. She is a monohull motor yacht in the explorer style, at 45 metres, or 147 feet, with an 8.7-metre beam and a 2.6-metre draft. A refit followed in 2023, eight years into her working life rather than soon after delivery.
Layout and accommodation
Twelve guests sleep across six cabins, and Forever also carries an owner's suite. Two guests to a cabin on average leaves room to spare, cabins that do not have to double up to reach capacity.
Performance and engineering
Forever is built for transatlantic range rather than coastal hops, and her running is described as notably quiet, systems that do not intrude on time spent aboard. For an owner, that combination means fewer limits on where a season can start or end.
On deck and at anchor
The foredeck holds a pool, and a jacuzzi and sun deck give guests two more places to spend the day outside. A beach club, with a gym and a steam room close by, gives an owner wellness spaces without leaving the yacht.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
