About 4 Ever
An 11.2-metre beam on a 79-foot hull changes what a designer can do with the space: JFA Yachts put that width to work as living area rather than as pure structure. The yard completed 4 Ever in 2021, and Marc Lombard designed her around that trade of beam for room.
Build and provenance
She was designed by Marc Lombard, and Franck Darnet's interior design works with that hull rather than against it: the hull is drawn for efficient range, and the interior uses the resulting beam for a full-width main salon, a formal dining area, a galley and a dedicated navigation station, all lit by glazing that runs the length of the deckhouse. That pairing of an efficient hull and a bright interior is the point of the design, not two separate jobs.
Layout and accommodation
Four cabins sleep eight guests, including an owner's suite that takes advantage of the beam rather than being squeezed into a corner of it. The living spaces spread out rather than stack up: a formal dining area, a full galley and a separate navigation station sit apart from the guest cabins, so day-to-day life and sleeping quarters do not overlap.
Performance and engineering
Twin engines rated at 1,000 hp give 4 Ever a 12-knot cruise and an 18-knot top speed, figures suited to a yacht built for distance rather than for outright pace. She carries 2,113 gallons of fuel and 423 gallons of fresh water, tankage that points to days at sea rather than an afternoon on the water.
On deck and at anchor
A forward lounge doubles as the spot for the on-deck jacuzzi, set apart from the aft cockpit and the flybridge so guests can choose a quiet corner or the main gathering deck depending on the moment. A hydraulic platform aft gives easy access to a tender without disturbing the rest of the cockpit.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
