A 1.8 metre draft means Graycliffs can nose into skinny anchorages and hug a coastline rather than stand off in deep water. Feadship built her in 2016 to a 34 metre custom design, and Bannenberg & Rowell's interior carries the same restraint through every room.
Build and provenance
Feadship delivered Graycliffs in 2016 to a custom 34 metre design, built to the yard's own specification rather than to a production series. Bannenberg & Rowell designed the interior throughout, carried from the saloon down to the guest cabins.
Layout and accommodation
A lower-deck cabin aboard Graycliffs is built as a second master, giving a family or a group of couples a room with its own standing rather than an oversized guest cabin. The main-deck saloon ceiling was drawn tall, giving the room a sense of height beyond its footprint.
Performance and engineering
Graycliffs is built to a coastal brief rather than an ocean-crossing one: her 1.8 metre draught keeps her close to shore, in reach of anchorages that call for a shallow hull. That is the fact her build discloses about how she is meant to be run.
On deck and at anchor
An upper terrace adds a second outdoor room above the main deck, giving guests a place apart from the saloon below. It is the kind of space a coastal-cruising brief like hers is built to use often.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
