Build and provenance
Steel and aluminium construction, with teak decks throughout, is built for range and durability rather than outright speed. Hot Lab designed both her exterior and interior, and the AES Yacht Custom 35M carries RINA classification as a commercial, charter-ready vessel, paperwork that keeps her options open even when she is bought to run privately.
Layout and accommodation
Twelve guests sleep across five en-suite cabins, with a full-beam owner's suite forward on the main deck and four further cabins, two VIP doubles and two twins, amidships on the lower deck. Seven crew work from four cabins of their own: the captain by the wheelhouse on the bridge deck, three bunk cabins forward on the lower deck, and a crew mess with its own laundry, an arrangement that keeps a professional crew separate from the guest spaces.
Performance and engineering
Two 800 hp MAN engines give the AES Yacht Custom 35M a cruising speed of 11.5 knots and a top speed of 14, modest figures that prioritise efficiency. Zero-speed and underway fin stabilisers hold her steady both at rest and on passage, and at a beam of 7.6 metres and a draught of 2.13 metres, she carries the proportions of a yacht built to cross open water rather than hug a coastline.
On deck and at anchor
On deck, a jacuzzi sits on the sundeck, a swimming platform and a balcony open her to the water at anchor, and the beach club adds a lounging space of its own. Air conditioning and WiFi run throughout, a skylounge and sunpads extend the living space upward, and bow and stern thrusters, a watermaker and underwater lighting round out a practical fit-out.

She lies in Tuzla, near Istanbul in Turkey. Boatcrowd organises viewings there and is present at each one, and once an offer is accepted a survey and sea trial follow before the sale closes.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
