Mengi Yay is the builder, working to a design from Nuvolari Lenard, the studio behind both her exterior and interior styling on this, the yard's NL52 Plus. Van Oossanen Naval Architects engineered her hull to keep her tonnage down. At 53 metres (173 feet) length and 9 metres beam, she is a big-volume monohull built to a displacement style rather than a planing one, which favours a smooth ride over outright speed. Her delivery is scheduled for 2028, so a buyer is effectively commissioning a near-finished vessel rather than starting from a blank hull.

Because the Nuvolari Lenard 52 Plus is still under construction, her cabin arrangement is not yet fixed: the yard has left scope to personalise interior finishes and layout rather than deliver a set plan.
